8. Business Infrastructure and Service Providers
8.1 HighLevel (Primary CRM, Automation, and AI Infrastructure)
The Company operates its business infrastructure on HighLevel, provided by GoHighLevel LLC.
HighLevel is used to:
Store and manage Personal Data and contact records
Deliver email, SMS, voice, and digital communications
Manage pipelines, workflows, and automations
Schedule appointments and events
Power AI-enabled concierge, messaging, and automation systems configured and controlled by the Company
HighLevel acts as a Data Processor and processes Personal Data solely on our instructions. Data processed within HighLevel may be stored on servers located in the United States or other jurisdictions.

8.2 Additional Service Providers
We may also engage additional Service Providers for hosting, analytics, payment processing, communications delivery, and security. These providers are granted access only as necessary and are contractually obligated to protect Personal Data.
