AI Capacity for Mission-Driven Organizations
Give Your Mission More Capacity Without Asking Your Staff to Become AI Experts.
Ideapop helps leaders decide where AI belongs, where operations must stay human, and how to build real capacity without adding complexity.
Know What Actually Requires A Human
Know The Risks & The Rewards
The capacity gap
You know AI matters, but you don't know where to start.
Without governance, staff fluency, and a sustainable plan, AI becomes another initiative your team has to carry-costing time, creating risk, and pulling attention away from the people your mission exists to serve.
A simple plan
Start with the human, supported by the machine.
AI Capacity Strategy gives your leadership team a responsible path from real operational pressure to a more capable way of working.
Start a RADical™ 360 Review
We examine where your organization is losing time, clarity and follow-through. You receive a prioritized map of opportunities, risks, and the human work that must stay protected. (Starts at $3500, 2-4 weeks)
90-Day Capacity Engagement
We turn the highest-value findings in working systems, staff fluency, and clear governance. The Review fee is fully credited towards this engagement.
Ongoing Strategic Support
After the first 90 days when you've experienced the results, decide continued access to strategic guidance so momentum continues and new opportunities are handled with the same clarity.
The RADical Difference
AI strategy should make your mission stronger-not make your organization feel more complicated.
Ideapop takes a leadership-led approach to AI capacity that is designed around the people, priorities, and trust your mission already depends on.
The method beneath the strategy
Relational Architecture Design™ makes AI capacity work for people-not at their expense.
Relational Architecture Design™ (RAD) is Ideapop's method for seeing how people, information, decisions, and next steps move through your organization. We start with the part of your mission that needs the most room to move.
It helps leadership decide where AI should create clarity, reclaim time, or open new possibilities-and where human judgment, trust, and care must remain central. That is how capacity becomes a durable operating advantage, not another experiment. The goal is to help you turn scattered information into a clearer picture, reduce administrative drag, and explore new ways to extend your mission without losing the care and trust that make the work matter.
It's a RADically different way to work.

Lori Bell · Founder of Ideapop/AI Capacity Strategist
Meet your Strategist
Hi, I'm Lori Bell, and I've lived the exact operational strain I now help organizations solve for.
I'm a mom. A USAF veteran. A military spouse who has moved our family 17 times, and counting. I've enrolled our 3 kids in 15 different schools. I've served my military community for 30 years, in one role or another. So I know what it is to be the one initiating a mission that has to happen, or quality of life degrades. And...I know what it is to be on the receiving end of one.
The weight is heavy. But it's work that's fulfilling. When the processes are tight, the mission moves. People are human, though. People holding in their brains what a system should hold. The best person moves on and takes the institutional knowledge with them. Everyone suffers for it.
I built Ideapop out of the frustration of waiting on information from a school or org that had business hours. At the exact moment we needed it most, in the middle of a move, when the transition was already hard enough without the silence.
This is any organization running on people who are stretched thin, systems that don't talk to each other, and information that shows up too late to be useful.
AI now makes it possible to close the gap. Your people get served at the highest level, and your team gets its bandwidth back for the one thing only they can do: care.
That's why I do what I do. I hold a BS degree in Graphic Communication Systems Technology, an MSA in Computer Information Systems, and a certificate in Artifical Intelligence Policy & Governance from Purdue University.
Your next step
Your mission does not need another AI experiment. It needs more capacity for the work only humans can do.
A RADical 360 Review gives your leadership team a clear view of where to begin, what to protect, and what progress will actually require.
A RADical 360 starts at $3,500. Typically completed in 2-4 weeks. Fully credited toward a 90-Day engagement if you move forward. Explore a RADical 360 Review →
