Powered by AI, Built on Your Processes
The Infrastructure That Finally Frees Your People To Lead, not triage.
Most AI conversations in independent schools focus on tools in the classroom. I start with the part that shapes everything else — your enrollment and parent communication systems.
We’ll see where your front door is leaking time and trust, and whether a 90-day build is the right next step.
Why this matters
AI is changing how independent schools work.
AI is no longer a hypothetical in education. Parents are using it to research schools. Vendors are promising faster grading, better planning, smarter tools.
But the deeper challenge for school leaders is not, “Which tool should we buy?” It’s, “In an age of abundant intelligence, what is distinctly human in our work — and how do we build systems around that?”
My answer is this: I build systems that carry the repetitive and predictable work, so your people are free for the moments that actually require a human. The AI is what makes those systems run. But the system has to exist first.
What We Do
Operational infrastructure for the future of school.
We redesign how your school's operations actually work — documenting processes, capturing institutional knowledge, and building the foundation that makes AI worth deploying. Then we deploy it.
Core engagement
90-Day Enrollment Infrastructure Build
Before we build anything, we map what's actually broken. The AI comes in at week four — not week one.
- Your enrollment process no longer lives in one person's head — or leaves when they do
- Your team operates from documented standards — not heroics and memory
- Families who reach out at 11pm get a response that sounds like your school — so your team picks up a warm conversation Monday morning, not a cold inquiry.
- Your enrollment director stops spending the cycle answering the same questions — and starts spending it on the families who are actually deciding.
- Your September enrollment cycle doesn't have to feel like starting over.
Capacity OS
For schools ready to extend infrastructure beyond enrollment into front office communication, advancement workflows, and key internal processes.
AI Fluency
A hands-on workshop for Heads, enrollment, and operations teams where we improve one real workflow in the room.
Strategic AI Advisory
A trusted thought partnership for leadership teams navigating institutional AI adoption without tool overload.
How we work
AI is only as good as the process it runs on. Most schools skip straight to the AI.
In a 90-day engagement we map how information and decisions actually flow and identify the highest-leverage workflow to redesign first.
Identify & Capture
Using my I’CONIFY® Method, we map how information and decisions actually flow and identify the highest-leverage workflow to redesign first.
Design & Build
We design the new foundation: documented workflows for inquiry handling, tour management, and follow-up and AI guardrails tuned to your school’s voice.
Train & Hand Off
We train your team, refine based on real usage, and leave you with governance: who maintains what, how changes are requested, and how to evaluate future AI options without starting over.
Who We Serve
For school leaders who know operations are mission.
I work with independent schools who understand that operational excellence is not separate from educational mission. It is what makes it possible.

About Lori Bell & Ideapop
I build the systems I wish my children’s schools had.
I'm Lori Bell — founder of Ideapop, creator of the I'CONIFY® Method and Enrollment Energetics™, and the person who has been on both sides of the problem I now solve.
I hold degrees in Graphic Communications Systems Technology and Computer Information Systems, and I started building with AI two years ago — before most organizations knew what to do with it.
I'm a United States Air Force veteran and military spouse. Our family has moved 17 times. We've enrolled our children in 15 different schools. I have been the parent who didn't hear back in time and moved on to the school that responded first.
That combination — technical foundation, operational experience, and lived parent perspective — is what I bring to every school I work with.
Next step
Start with your front door.
If you’re responsible for enrollment, operations, or parent communication and you recognize your school in this description, the best place to start is a focused conversation.
We’ll walk your current parent journey, name your top three points of friction, and determine whether a 90-day build is the right fit.
