FROM THE CUSTOMER'S SIDE OF THE DOOR
My life has been the lab.
After 17 military moves (and counting!) I'm used to being the new customer, so I have a very unique perspective on being the one who's interested but never moved to "I'm in."
New doctors. New hair salons. New dentists, churches, schools, and favorite lunch spots. I’ve been served by the best, and I’ve had the best examples of the ones never to return to. And in all those businesses the ones who kept me coming back and bringing friends were the ones where I could feel the care. I was on a guided path to a repeatable yes.
I know what it's like to see a polished Instagram with a promise of luxury and then get on their site and it feels...grabby. It was like they forgot who they were talking to and dropped me off in a field of transactions.
Every new place, I arrived carrying what the last one had taught me. Everything I learned lived in my head, and I carried it from city to city.
So I know both sides. A customer who was interested and never got to “I’m in.” And a business leader with a lifetime of knowledge and nowhere to put it.

I’CONIFY® is how I help leaders get what they know out of their heads and fix it to their name. I’m a woman over 50 with a lot to say, so I built AI tools to dig out what I know, put it inside frameworks, and build a company that holds it all.
That's the lens I bring into a business: notice what's happening, understand what people need, and design a coherent way forward.
