01About these terms
This website is operated by The Bell Company LLC doing business as Ideapop ("Ideapop," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions address your use of ideapop.io and its website content, inquiry forms, demonstrations, and booking links.
Ideapop helps businesses clarify their value and design, build, refine, and maintain customer journeys and supporting systems. Our work may include messaging, websites, funnels, AI concierges, follow-up workflows, consulting, and team training.
Please read these terms before using the website. Where an activity requires your agreement to these terms, we may ask you to accept them expressly. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with that activity. These terms do not replace a signed client agreement or any rights you have under applicable law.
02Using the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes, including learning about Ideapop and evaluating whether our services are a fit for your business. To book or purchase services, you must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for yourself or the business you represent.
You may not:
- Submit false information, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your authority to act for a business.
- Attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the website, its security, or another visitor's use.
- Use forms, booking tools, or AI demonstrations to send spam, abusive content, or unlawful material.
- Copy, sell, or commercially exploit protected website content without permission, except as permitted by law.
We may restrict access to website tools when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, or legal requirements.
03Inquiries & fit calls
Submitting an inquiry, completing an assessment, speaking with an AI concierge, or booking a fit call does not create a client relationship, reserve project capacity, or obligate either party to proceed.
Initial conversations help us understand your business, needs, and readiness. Any recommendations at this stage are preliminary and based on the information available. We may accept or decline an engagement based on fit, capacity, scope, and other lawful business considerations.
Please provide accurate contact details. If you need to reschedule or cancel a call, use your booking confirmation or contact us at [email protected].
04Services & agreements
Paid engagements are governed by the proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or checkout terms that you and Ideapop accept. That agreement specifies the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, responsibilities, and any ongoing support or maintenance.
If these website terms conflict with an accepted client agreement, the client agreement controls for that engagement. Website descriptions are general information; they do not promise that every listed service or feature is included in every project.
Additional work, revisions outside the agreed scope, third-party subscriptions, and ongoing services must be addressed in the applicable agreement. Ongoing maintenance does not mean unlimited consulting, new builds, or round-the-clock human support unless expressly agreed.
05Payments & cancellations
Prices, deposits, payment schedules, subscription terms, cancellation rights, and any refund policy will be disclosed in the applicable proposal, client agreement, or checkout terms before you commit to a paid service.
These website terms do not establish a blanket "no refunds" policy or authorize recurring charges. Any recurring billing requires a separately disclosed and accepted arrangement. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain in effect.
For a billing question or cancellation request, contact [email protected]. Please include the service involved and enough information for us to identify your engagement, but do not email full payment-card details.
06Intellectual property
To the extent protected by law, the content and materials on this website—including original copy, designs, graphics, resources, and branding—belong to Ideapop or their respective owners. Viewing or downloading material does not transfer ownership or grant a right to resell, republish, or use it as your own commercial product.
You may view and print website material for personal reference or internal evaluation of our services, provided you retain applicable ownership notices. Other uses require permission unless allowed by law.
Ownership and licensing of custom client deliverables, pre-existing methods and templates, source files, and third-party assets are determined by the applicable client agreement and licenses. We do not promise exclusive ownership or copyright protection for every AI-assisted output.
07Materials you provide
You retain any rights you hold in the information, branding, images, copy, and other materials you provide. You must have the necessary authority and permissions to share them and authorize their intended use.
When you submit material for an inquiry or engagement, you permit us to use it only as reasonably needed to evaluate or carry out that request, subject to the applicable agreement and any confidentiality obligations. Submission alone does not authorize us to publish your confidential information or use your name, logo, or results as a testimonial.
Do not send trade secrets, passwords, or sensitive customer information through ordinary website forms or demonstrations. If sensitive information is needed for a project, we will first agree on the appropriate scope and transfer method.
08AI & third-party tools
Our website and services may use or link to third-party tools for scheduling, payments, hosting, communication, automation, or artificial intelligence. Their availability, pricing, terms, and data practices may change and are governed by the relevant provider's policies.
AI-generated responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular situation. Review important information before relying on it, publishing it, or using it to make decisions. An AI demonstration or concierge response does not change a signed agreement or create a binding commitment on Ideapop's behalf unless we confirm it through an authorized representative.
Do not submit patient records, protected health information, student records, children's personal information, financial-account credentials, or other regulated or highly sensitive information through public forms or AI demonstrations. Any project involving regulated data requires a separate assessment and appropriate written arrangements. These terms do not establish HIPAA, FERPA, or other regulatory compliance.
09Results & professional advice
We work to improve how businesses communicate their value and guide prospective customers. Actual outcomes depend on factors such as the offer, market demand, traffic, pricing, team implementation, and third-party systems.
Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, we do not guarantee a particular number of leads, bookings, enrollments, sales, or a specific financial return. Examples and demonstrations illustrate possibilities; they are not promises of identical results.
Website content and AI responses are general business information, not legal, medical, tax, financial, or other licensed professional advice. Consult an appropriately qualified professional when your circumstances require it.
10Data & communications
These terms are not a Privacy Policy or a data-processing agreement. They do not describe every tool, cookie, or data practice on the website. Review any privacy disclosures provided at the point of collection and the policies of third-party tools you use.
When you contact us or request a booking, we may respond using the contact information you provide about that request. Submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, give blanket permission for unrelated marketing messages or automated promotional calls or texts. Any required consent must be obtained separately.
You may use an unsubscribe option in marketing email or contact [email protected] to request that marketing email stop. Necessary communications about an active engagement may still be sent, as permitted by law.
Questions about personal information or privacy can be directed to [email protected].
11Website availability & liability
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but it may contain errors or be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We may correct website information and change or discontinue website features.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general information are provided "as is" and "as available," without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. This website disclaimer does not override express commitments in a signed client agreement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ideapop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability for paid services is addressed in the applicable client agreement.
12Updates & disputes
We may update these website terms as our website or services evolve. The date above identifies the current version. Updates apply prospectively and do not change an existing signed client agreement without the process required by that agreement and applicable law. Where required, we will provide notice or obtain new acceptance.
If an issue arises, please contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve it directly. These website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class-action rights, or select an exclusive court. Applicable law and any valid dispute-resolution provisions in your client agreement govern the issue.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
