We’re Building The Human-Centered AI Schools Need Next.

Ideapop designs the systems behind attendance, enrollment, communication, and AI readiness so schools can grow without losing trust. We build what allows leaders to protect relationships, reduce overload, and keep more children ready to learn.

What Ideapop is

An AI Systems and Strategy firm for schools that want to free their teams to do what only humans can do.

Care. Connect. Relate. Ideapop designs the systems behind attendance, enrollment, communication, and AI readiness so schools can move routine work out of people’s heads and into infrastructure that holds.

We build with one aim: to free your teams to spend more of their time creating relationships that keep students present and families engaged.

Readiness

School readiness starts before the classroom.

We look at the front door first: inquiry, enrollment, attendance, family communication, and the operational systems that shape whether trust grows or erodes.

Infrastructure

Systems should carry the load, not your people’s memory.

Our work turns recurring pressure points into human-centered systems so teams can stop triaging the same problems and start leading with clarity.

Humanity

Technology should protect the relationship.

We are not interested in automation for its own sake. We care about what technology makes possible for leaders, staff, students, and families when it is designed with care.

How we deliver

Strategy at the center. Specialists where the work demands them.

Ideapop leads strategy, messaging, and systems design in-house, and brings in a trusted ecosystem of specialists as scope requires — from implementation support and workflow design to communications, training, and technical buildout.

That model allows us to stay sharp, adaptive, and high-touch while building at the level schools, networks, and districts actually need. It is how we protect quality without pretending every engagement requires the same shape of team.

We design the strategy.
We build the message architecture.
We shape the systems schools will actually run.
We bring in specialists when the scope calls for it.
We are building beyond founder-dependency on purpose.
Founder-led

The work is founder-led. It was never meant to stay founder-sized.

Ideapop was founded by Lori Bell, United States Air Force Veteran and military spouse. With 17 military moves and 15 different school enrollments, her work has lived at the intersection of advocacy, systems, and public leadership long before AI became mainstream.

She's been a feature story on CNN. OWN. NBC Nightly News. Fox & Friends. Good Morning America. Named one of Lifetime TV’s Most Remarkable Women.A And she was named AFI Military Spouse of the Year in 2010. Lori is known for building trust-centered solutions in high-pressure environments and for helping people navigate systems that were never designed to hold the full weight of what they were carrying.

Today, that same instinct drives Ideapop: build infrastructure that supports people, not just process. Lori’s visibility gives the firm its voice. The frameworks, systems, and delivery model are designed to carry far beyond one person.

The frameworks behind the work

Named frameworks for the moments where trust is won, lost, or made scalable.

Ideapop does not sell disconnected workshops. We build and refine proprietary frameworks that help schools redesign the operational moments that shape family trust, student presence, and leadership capacity.

RADical Attendance™
A relational attendance framework that helps schools and districts reduce chronic absenteeism by redesigning how they recognize human context, activate existing care, and create clear return paths for students and families.

This is where compliance becomes connection, and where attendance systems begin sounding like the values schools say they stand for.

AI Fluency Boost Camp + Enrollment Infrastructure
A human-centered approach to readiness, family communication, and operational support for early childhood programs and school leaders who want systems that carry the load without flattening the relationship.

From first inquiry to daily communication, this work helps school teams build AI-supported systems that strengthen readiness and protect the front door of the mission.

Pilot partnerships

We’re not mass-producing noise. We’re refining what schools will actually be able to run.

Ideapop is currently advancing this work through a select group of pilot partnerships designed to pressure-test the frameworks, strengthen implementation, and document what moves from interesting idea to durable infrastructure.

That means we are not positioning pilot work as a discount version of the real thing. We are treating it as serious systems work with a clear objective: build models schools can sustain, adapt, and trust.

Speaking & strategic conversations

Ideapop leads conversations for leaders solving expensive human problems.

Our speaking and workshop experiences are built for leaders who need more than inspiration. They need language, frameworks, and system-level clarity they can take back into the real pressure of school leadership.

Workshop

AI Fluency For School Admin Teams

A practical session for leaders who want a clearer, more useful way to think about AI across communication, enrollment, and day-to-day operations.

Workshop

From Compliance to Connection

The RADical Attendance™ workshop helps teams deconstruct their current attendance communication and rebuild key touchpoints using a relational framework.

Workshop

Systems That Protect Leadership

On the infrastructure leaders need to protect their standards, their time, and the quality of their work as the mission grows.

Keynote

The Front Door Is the Mission

How the earliest operational moments either earn trust or spend it — and what leaders can do to make sure their systems reflect the quality of the school they built.

The work

The goal was never more automation.

It was freedom. Freedom for teams drowning in repetition. Freedom for leaders carrying too much in their heads. Freedom for schools trying to grow without losing trust in the process.

If your school is excellent inside but strained at the front door, stuck in attendance triage, or carrying too much operational weight in too few people, Ideapop was built for that moment.
