The Ideapop Pilot Program is a limited cohort for schools ready to improve a critical communication or operational layer with real ownership, real implementation, and real follow-through.

Applications are reviewed individually.

Each pilot is a 90-day engagement focused on one communication or operational layer that matters to school performance, team capacity, and family trust.

For early childhood programs: enrollment and family communication systems that reduce staff overload and create a stronger front door from the first inquiry.

For public and charter schools: RADical Attendance™ — attendance communication redesigned to strengthen family engagement, student presence, and return pathways.

Strong fit schools
  • ✓ Leadership is open to redesigning a workflow, not simply adding a tool on top of a broken process
  • ✓ There is a clear internal owner who can coordinate the work and carry implementation forward
  • ✓ The school has enough operational stability to implement and learn from the build
  • ✓ There is a visible and urgent problem in the area we are redesigning
  • ✓ For this pilot cohort, the school is located in Washington, DC or the surrounding DMV region

This pilot may not be the right fit if:

  • The school is in the middle of a major leadership transition or acute public crisis
  • The goal is to add a chatbot without changing the workflow underneath it
  • There is no clear internal owner to guide adoption and implementation
  • The need is for a transactional vendor, not a strategic build partner
